Mauvaise surprise

Je ne doute pas que cette maison soit très agréable à la belle saison. En revanche, cette location ne devrait pas être proposée en hiver. L'isolation est très mauvaise, la maison est pleine de courants d'air et les radiateurs (génération plus qu'ancienne) n'ont pas pu réchauffer la pièce principale. Quant aux chambres, il a fallu plus de 24 h pour qu'on puisse s'y coucher sans grelotter. Ce n'est pas correct de louer un tel hébergement en hiver. Nous avons quitté la maison un jour plus tôt, abrégeant nos vacances familiales pour nous mettre au chaud. L'agence n'a pas du tout réagi à nos messages et notre demande de remboursement de la dernière nuit. Ce n'est pas acceptable et Abritel ne devrait pas travailler avec de tels intermédiaires. Pourtant la personne que nous avons vue était très gentille... elle n'a tout simplement pas voulu entendre ce que nous lui disions dès le premier jour. Aussi, ne louez ce bien qu'en été... car la localisation est excellente.
