A cozy and stylish escape for two, Hadley Cottage features twin beds, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and a convenient kitchenette and workspace. Perfectly situated for antique hunting around Round Top or simply enjoying a quiet weekend away. Located on a 12-acre ranch with two other cabins and shared amenities: outdoor pool, pickleball court, fishing pond, and seasonal fire pit!

The Lone Star Farm—a private, 12-acre retreat just under 2 miles from downtown Round Top. Designed for year-round escapes, LSF offers the perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Enjoy a pool, pickleball court, seasonal fire pit, and a catch-and-release fishing pond, all nestled among centuries-old oak trees. The front 5 acres are carefully maintained to create a peaceful, park-like setting for guests.

Accommodations include three charming cabins and a modern three-suite farmhouse, hosting up to 20 guests. For group gatherings, our community barn—with a full kitchen and dining area—is available as an optional add-on.

During Antique Show season, LSF is ideally located just five minutes from both Round Top and Warrenton, putting you in the heart of all the action while offering a serene place to unwind

Wow, what a beautiful property & a fun modern cabin! The only downside was the water pressure was not great & the hot water went quickly. The location was perfect to get away from hustle and bustle but still very convienient. We appreciated all the thoughtful little details.

We did replace the water heater this week as a worn out line on the heater seemed to be causing the pressure and temperature issue. We also remain available throughout stays to assist with any issues that come up like this to ensure they are fixed as soon as reported and do not affect the overall stay.

Love Love LSF....my girlfriends and I just got back from a very enjoyable Round Top Wkd girls trip! We loved the cabin we stayed in (Brooks Cabin) and it was a perfect set up for us 4. Jack was so easy to communicate with. The entire property is set up so well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire every night and meeting other gals from all of the USA. We will definitely be staying again!!

We really enjoyed our stay- owners happened to be on property while we were there and we got the full tour + history of the houses and property, which we love! They are so friendly. Great communication from start to finish. Finished out beautifully. Grounds well maintained. There are lots of bonuses to this property- like a pool, community barn with full kitchen, pickle ball court, grill, fire pit. It was a working trip for us, so we didn’t utilize any of the extras, but it would be a great multi family getaway. Literally 5 minutes or less from Round Top square.

This process was really easy. From downloadibg the Vsbo App to checking out. Really straightforward and timely messages. The ammenities inside the cottage were excellent. (The ceiling fans could do with a clean) Plenty of privacy. I would love to be able to return in the spring or summer but this place would be great all year around. Did I mention location? 5 minutes max from the heart of Round Top. Jack (host) communicated stay information right on time and was quick to respond to any questions. A first class host for a first class property. Highly recommended

Charming property and a wonderful stay.

Gents, if you're looking to take your SO on a charming overnight somewhere, this is a great place to do it. Just a stone's throw away from Round Top, but still secluded, quiet and private, with plenty of room between the individual cabins. Rented this room for myself and the wife for an overnight stay in the Round Top area - it was beautiful, well-maintained and very cozy. My wife absolutely loved it. Brooks cabin is definitely big enough for (and accommodates) four people, but fits two nicely. We had a very comfortable stay. We'll definitely stay again on a future visit.

Great Spot for a Family Weekend Getaway!

Our family of four was looking for a change of scenery after so many weeks sheltering in place at home together. The Lone Star Farm is a beautiful property where we had room to run around, fish in the pond and swim. We stayed in the Brooks Cabin and loved all of the decor details and how impeccably clean it was. Jack was an awesome host and was fast to respond to questions via email and text. We can’t wait for our next visit, whether it’s just the four of us again or maybe with a larger group of family or friends!
