About this property

Gorgeous private pool surrounded by palm trees! Enjoy a great view of the sunrise and abundant wildlife in the marsh. You can also see the boats passing by on the waterway. A quick 3 minute walk and you are on the beach. Features include a screen porch off of the kitchen and living area, and upstairs covered porch off of the bonus room. Lots of windows to bring the outside in! Dream kitchen with plenty of counter space and two sinks. Enclosed entry stairs under house. The pool is just amazing with the views and the palm trees, enclosed outdoor shower as well. Pool can heated for additional cost.

The master bedroom with private bath is on the main floor. The upstairs features two bedrooms, a small bonus room, upper level porch and a magnificent bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combo. There are many unique features in this home as you can see in the photos.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We would stay here over & over again! It’s such a nice, comfortable beach house! It was exactly as described. Perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Loved our first visit to Holden Beach. Definitely will not be our last!

Amazing and accommodating!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and the three outdoor porches were an added bonus. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space and never felt crowded. I can’t say enough positive things about the pool space! The pool area had plenty of space, and the owner provided several noodles and floats for guest use in the pool. Additionally, the beach was a quick walk away, and the provided wagon was helpful to carry our beach equipment. I have already booked for next year and look forward to making more memories at Holden in this beautiful beach property!
