Welcome to 943 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean City, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction, first floor unit features four bedrooms (each with Smart TV), two baths, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV and surround sound. UNIT FEATURES
Enjoy the experience of a private, gated side yard, large, gated porch, private outdoor shower and complimentary beach chairs, board games, and toys to enjoy during your vacation.

The open layout dining room has seating for six for family meals or game nights. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to kick back and relax, a Smart TV with surround sound, and a gas fireplace.
The bright, open kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower. The second bedroom has one bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), and an additional twin bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and finally, the fourth bedroom comes with two twin beds that can be configured as a king size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub and comes stocked with essentials.

Enjoy the outdoor play area and large furnished porch. This property has so many ways to enjoy the sunshine and salt air… whether you’re searching for a spot of solace, or a open air space to hang with friends.

The guest bath tub was not clean upon arrival. We bought a bath mat. It needed a good cleaning. The light in the queen bedroom flickered. Enjoyed our stay in OCNJ.

Wonderful host and location

Jody is very nice, and his place is beautiful. We only stayed one night but had a blast. The place is spacious and Jody left a little care package which everyone enjoyed. I hope we can stay again.

Perfect getaway

Can't say enough good things about the property. Charming, well stocked, and amazing location. The host was extremely responsive and left lots of supplies which made the trip easier. We will definitely return to this property.

Nice home in the perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this well kept home for our annual OCNJ September long weekend. The kitchen had essential dishes and the furniture was comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach or to the shops on Asbury. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

Rainy week in ocean city nj

Overall nice experience owner was readily available . You do have to bring “Everything” for the kitchen including all spices . There was not even a potholder to be found . Condo was mostly clean other than a few items left behind from previous guest under beds and dressers .

The house was in a great location! Family enjoyed time spent relaxing at house. Only issue we had was the place does not provide linens, it was on listing, but we did not notice it so we had to run to Walmart 20 minutes away to get linens @ 10:30pm after driving all day from Ohio. I feel like the host could’ve given us a friendly reminder in advance so that we could’ve been more prepared; however, if we knew in advanced we would not have been prepared for the 2 twin beds in a bedroom which was listed as a full pull out couch. The host was also delayed in responding to questions we had prior to the stay.

Nice condo in Ocean City.

Jodi (the owner/manager) was always very helpful and attentive. We arrived a bit early but they allowed us settle in anyway. We had some minor questions and concerns and they were immediately addressed. The unit was spacious and well appointed for our stay. The location is great for going into the town or getting on the boardwalk. Central to all. The beautiful front porch (we were on the 1st floor) was a nice spot to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. It also has a BBQ grill on the side. It's a straight run up the street to the boardwalk and beach, and if you go the other direction you'll find a Starbucks within 2 blocks. There is a nice diner a block away for breakfast if you don't want to cook as well as a few restaurants. Of course there is plenty to eat nearby on the boardwalk also. The kitchen had plenty of housewares for cooking and eating as well as storage for whatever you bring along. All in all, we had a nice trip and were comfortable in the condo.

We had a great time in ocean city this week!! The property was spacious and nice! GREAT location for us with 2 small kids and mostly clean. We were able to check in early which was amazing since we got in early to enjoy a beach day. Would have been just about perfect except for the neighbors. Next door appears to be a house which is broken up into smaller apartments with long term rentals. Mostly young people who spent their evenings hanging out in the courtyard just outside the master bedroom window. Initially I thought the music until 130-2 am was just due to the Labor Day holiday and didn’t mind one night. but unfortunately music, talking loudly outside our window continued each night as late as 230 am. Mostly affects the master bedroom. Definitely made the week less relaxing. Not what I’m used to as a lifelong ocean city vacationer. Overall host was great and obviously he can’t control this but something to think about if you have small children

House was very nice, spacious and great location to walk to boardwalk or to Asbury Street, where you will find shopping and find places to eat. You will hear the people on third floor moving around. Jody was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Stay

Everything was great. From the start we had a great response. We noticed that the bunk beds were really loose. I called up and they had a maintenance man come out with in the hour. Great service. Super location. You can literally park your car and you are able to walk to everything. Would definitely book again.

Very nice place

This rental was very nice and accommodated our family very well. The parking and location was good. There were beach chairs, buggy and cooler to use if needed.

Nice Vacation Home, Nice Owner

The house was as advertised, spacious, clean, updated. • Having 3 parking spots available around back was very nice. • The ease of electronic locks made it simple not having to carry/share keys. • The AC worked great and was a respite to the heat. • Each bedroom had its own TV. • The welcome basket with Jilly's swag was a nice touch and the use of 4 beach tags was a big plus. • The distance to the boards and the beach was easily walkable. Jody was easy to get a hold of by phone. He immediately answered questions and helped sort out some tv questions. We chatted a bit when he stopped by. Good guy :) Because we were on the first floor, there were times when the upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around, but that's to be expected. Reading other reviews regarding the sparse kitchen, while it's not your kitchen at home, you can make it work. Really enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

Location was great. Never moved the car. Only “nits” were lack of full drawer of knives, forks, etc. for number of occupants. And… garbage disposal was jammed. Neither took away from a great experience. Earlier reviews with comments about young neighbors making noise never occurred.

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We LOVED this house! We chose to spend my mom’s birthday in OCNJ with my siblings and a few of my mom’s close friends. With a rainy weekend, the covered porch was perfect to sit outside at the table together. Stef was a great help making sure we were all settled when we checked in. It had enough space for all of us and being on central ave was a great close location to everything. We hope we can return again soon!!
