Nestled in the heart of a large, enclosed, secure garden planted with Mediterranean trees, it's the perfect base for combining relaxation and exploration. You'll be just a stone's throw from the majestic Esterel Massif and very close to the famous beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, and Saint-Aygulf.

The apartment has been designed for your comfort so you feel right at home:
• Living area: A bright and welcoming living room with a sofa, large-screen TV, and dining area.

• Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need is here! Refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and for your perfect mornings: Nespresso and Senseo machines, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

• Sleeping area: * A lovely first bedroom with a queen-size bed.

o A second bedroom, designed as a truly cozy and spacious haven (no exterior window but very comfortable), ideal for peaceful nights with its two single beds (90 cm).

• Bathroom: Modern, with a large shower and toilet.

🌿 Outdoors & Extras
• Your private terrace (27 m²): A beautiful space equipped with a barbecue, a large table, and a parasol for your summer lunches and evenings.

• The swimming pool (10m x 5m): Shared but very peaceful, it awaits you from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm for a refreshing dip. Secure and compliant with all safety standards, it features sun loungers, parasols, and a solar shower.

• Peace of mind: A private parking space is reserved for you on the property. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge!

Please note: We live in the main house. We will be extremely discreet to preserve your privacy, while remaining warmly available should you need any advice for your sightseeing!

Charmante Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und schöner Pool

Es waren sehr erholsame 3 Wochen mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Terrasse ideal für das Frühstück und der Pool für die Nachmittage. Meer in 25 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die großen Supermärkte. Bäckerei in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, zu Fuß natürlich etwas länger. Schnelles WiFi in der gesamten Wohnung und am Pool! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
