Trailhead Lodge 2104 is a luxurious two-bedroom condo and is calling your name! It features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. This magical retreat has three flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi for your enjoyment. There is also a washer and dryer on-site (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main bedroom features a king bed and an attached main bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Great location and amenities!

Super easy check in process. The home was clean and inviting. The real star of this property was the gondola into Steamboat and Vacasa shuttle at nighttine. Would highly recommend Trailhead Lodge 2104 to anyone.

Hot tubs were great and surprisingly not crowded. The gondola right outside the building was so convenient to get to the mountain. The boot and board storage right inside the garage was so easy to drop gear before heading back to room and be ready for the next day.

Loved the location and space of this unit. The hot water situation was an issue that the property managers were working to fix. You had to shower by 6pm or wait until 10 for hot water. Would return assuming that the water situation is resolved.

Fall weekend

We stayed at this property last year and loved it. This year it has gone downhill. Numerous issues: you emailed me the wrong wifi password 3 times. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. Lamps had not been dusted. Patio furniture covers were thrown in a dirty heap behind the furniture. In the bathroom, 2 of the lights in a 3-light fixture were burned out. We paid for a high end property ($1445 for 3 days) and we did not get it. Poor value for what we paid. Very disappointed. Should have done a thorough quality and maintenance check before we arrived.

Great Condo In Steamboat Springs

This property is well-maintained both in terms of both the unit and the Trailhead Lodge. The beds were comfortable, games were provided for family entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped. My family and I loved how convenient the location is to the grocery store, City Market is less than a 3 minute drive and downtown. My son enjoyed trout fishing in Casey's Pond which was less than .3 miles from the condo. Our only challenge was in the communication with Vacasa. Wait times were 20 minutes on the phone, as I had to call multiple times about the check-in procedure. The first call took the customer service agent 15 minutes to figure out (he was extremely pleasant though) and informed me that I would receive a text from the Lodge when our condo was available for check-in and it would be before 4 PM. 5 PM on the check-in day arrived and we did not receive any communication. After calling Vacasa again and waiting on hold for 30 minutes I sent a text and received a reply within 20 minutes apologizing for any inconvenience. Apology accepted!. We will definitely be back! JB

Went during the summer and had a great time. It is a ski-in ski-out location that is very close to the main village which has a lot of restaurants. The condo has a gym, pool, and hot tubs which elevated the experience.

Comfortable and convenient

I booked this last minute for a weekend trip to Steamboat, without really looking into the property - I just hoped it would be good and crossed my fingers! It did not disappoint. Though it's not very close to the slopes, there is a gondola (Wildhorse gondola) RIGHT OUTSIDE the property that made access to the slopes way easier than most of the "closer" properties. It's basically ski in/ski out. The condo itself was lovely too - two large bedrooms and bathrooms, well maintained. We made use of the hot tubs too, which was great - it wasn't crowded at the time we went and we were the only ones in the tub! Check in was seamless and so easy. They even have ski lockers and boot lockers in the garage so you don't have to lug your gear up to your room (they actually tell you NOT to bring your gear to your room anyway). Will definitely be back!
