Set of 2 large cottages (they are 300m from each other), the Entire Orangery (Grande Orangerie and Petite Orangerie) & the Entire Apartment (Small Apartment and Grand Apartment) which offers many beds and a very large "cathedral" room (in one of the cottages), ideal for grouping large groups, family or friends gatherings. With these 2 cottages, enjoy 312m2!
The entire Orangery, composed of 2 cottages that communicate through a pretty stone door, is the former noble house of the property. It is composed of a very large living room with a beautiful living room and a fireplace and a small living room, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets (downstairs and upstairs), 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor (double bed), 4 upstairs (2 single beds each), one of which has a nice view of the pond. 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers are at your disposal. Built after the Hundred Years War, it was redesigned in neo-Gothic style in 1855. With a beautiful view of the pond in a remarkable setting with 2 private entrances, enjoy 166m2 with all comforts, with family or friends. The entire apartment is also a set of 2 gîtes, one in continuity with the other on the 1st floor, with its independent entrance into the outbuildings of the Château. With its 146m2, its 5 bathrooms, almost one per bedroom and its 2 kitchens. The entire apartment of the Farm was originally converted into a bed and breakfast, in this typical farmhouse of the region. Be careful, the staircase is quite steep.
With these 2 large cottages, you also have at your disposal 4 private gardens, 2 of which are large with teak outdoor furniture and barbecue, Wi-Fi is unlimited. The 2 large cottages are located in the grounds of the Château de Chanteloup in Louis XVI style, classic and elegant, on a remarkable site and in a preserved environment with 21 hectares of lawns, meadows, woods and a pond where it is possible to fish, there is no shortage of space. The setting is composed almost exclusively of beautiful old buildings. An ideal setting, in communion with nature!
All our cottages are comfortable and pleasantly furnished, often with family furniture, old or rustic. Of course, residents benefit from all the facilities and facilities of the campsite free of charge during the season.
The swimming pool will be accessible all the time but the bar, restaurant and billiard room will only be open from June to the end of August (opening of the campsite).
For the periods when the campsite is closed, i.e. the months of May and September, access to the estate is through the small white gate on the D301, almost at the level of the Pierre & Deco shop. You will see, there is a small house on the left when you enter and farm animals ;)
