Located between Alençon and Le Mans, we welcome you to our renovated farmhouse, for weekends or weeks, meetings of families or friends.
You have a fully equipped American kitchen, dining-living room, 2 bedrooms and one on the mezzanine, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bath. In the private garden, you are at home for meals (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) or relaxation.
Close to the large René and Pontaubeau reception lodgings, Vivoin train station and the motorway exit.
Nearby for leisure: swimming lake, the Alpes Mancelles, Le Mans, Alençon, zoological park, castles, hiking trails, equestrian center, tree climbing ...

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à 12 dans le gite. Il correspond parfaitement à la description, et est adapté aux groupes. Plutôt pour 10 je dirai si vous ne voulez pas être embêté le matin dans le salon par ceux qui se réveillent plus tôt. Mr et Mme Durand ont été très souple sur nos heures d'arrivée et de départ nous arrangeant vraiment. Malheureusement, il n'a pas fait un temps très chouette donc nous n'avons que très peu pu profiter du jardin qui est aussi adapté pour un gros groupe. La seule chose qui nous a manqué est juste un peu d'épices pour pour pouvoir cuisiner. Merci pour l'accueil.

On a tous adoré cette maison on était un groupe d’amis (12) on a tous trouvé où dormir pas serré du tout il y a tout ce qu’il faut et les propriétaires sont très accueillants c’était un super week end et on y reviendra sûrement
