Begin each day with a stack of pancakes at the kitchen's breakfast bar or the dining room table, grab a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer, and head out the door for a thrilling day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. You can come home in the afternoon to breathe in the fresh mountain air as you barbecue outside on the deck, watch a movie on one of the four flatscreen TVs (each of which is paired with its own DVD player), or take advantage of the community's shared amenities, including a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a free winter shuttle. You'll sleep soundly each evening in four comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, two with a queen-size bed apiece, and another with two sets of twin bunk beds - and an additional sleeper sofa.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
