The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a residence anchored a few steps from the famous beach of Cap Coz, indeed you will only have to cross the road of the point to tread the fouesnantais white sand.

You will have on the ground floor:
- An entrance with cupboards,
- A living room with dining area, fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with sea view and pool (with a sofa bed of 140 cm).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the floor:
- One double bedroom (140cm bed)
- A bathroom with toilet

A balcony will delight you for a last drink in the sun when returning from the beach.

Sejour agreable et reposant

Nous avons été enchantés par les lieux et environs. Beaucoup d'endroits tous autant magnifiques les uns que les autres. Une météo mitigée mais globalement ensoleillée. Le logement est très agréable et bien situé. Manque toutefois un lave-linge car la seule laverie la plus proche est à Fouesnant la forêt. Il est dommage de devoir consacrer plusieurs heures durant ses vacances pour aller à la laverie d'autant que c'est un coût supplémentaire ( 6€ par machine+ 1€ le quart d'heure pour sécher le linge...sachant qu'il faut presque 1h pour secher l'équivalent d'une seule machine !). A part cela,tout était parfait!

appartement agréable

Appartement agréable avec deux salles de bains. Beaucoup d'activité sur place: en face location de kayak, padel ou même catamaran. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine (un peu froide quand même...), les tables de ping-pong et la mer en traversant la rue! Très bien placé par rapport au centre de voile.
