Belle région mais la prestation n'a pas répondu à la commande initiale : pas de badge de parking quasi tout le séjour (obtention 2 jours avant le départ) nous obligeant à trouver une place non sécurisée sur les extérieurs du logement

Bonjour, En effet, le badge a été cassé par l'usage, il a donc fallu un délai le temps que le syndic nous en refournisse un neuf et que l'entreprise vienne le programmer. Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée, cependant je ne pense pas que cela mérite une perte de 3 étoiles sachant que nous avons fait notre maximum pour écourter les délais (3 jours ouvrés au lieu de 3 semaines normalement) et que le logement était entièrement conforme aux descriptions et aux photos en dehors ce petit soucis. Cela dit, nous serions ravis de vous accueillir de nouveau afin de vous montrer que votre satisfaction est notre priorité et que nos équipes font leur maximum pour répondre à vos demandes.
