Heating is provided by electric radiators and a fireplace with an insert.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets for easy ventilation. The property features a 1500 m² unfenced, shaded garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. A children's playhouse is shared between the two cottages.
