For the coldest winter nights, a fondue caquelon is ready to warm you up. The apartment's facilities have been meticulously curated, with offerings including Smeg kitchen appliances, a wine fridge, a smart TV, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, high-speed internet, a ski storage area, and a garage.

The home truths: -The property is about 10 minutes away from the center of Chamonix by car. That being said, the advantages of being in Argentière is that it is a quieter place and it allows you to have an easier access to some of the Alps best slopes. -The mezzanine area is equipped with a single bed, suitable for a child only. The stairs are quite steep so we recommend it for children aged 5 years old or more. -The internet connection is the best we can install in this apartment. A stable connection is available, however you may encounter difficulties during heavy use or when streaming. -End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. -Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property
