Apartment-Comfort-Ensuite with Bath-Mountain view
Bright 3-room apartment with a view of Mont Blanc, located in the Praz plain, in a residence in the heart of a wooded park bordered by a lake. Spacious and warm accommodation, facing south facing the needles of Chamonix. Ideal for relaxation
Away from the main roads, very quiet but not far from the Flégère gondola and the Chamonix golf course.
The center of Chamonix is a 15-minute walk away via the path bordering the Arve.
Housing
The apartment is located on the top floor of the residence. It has a south-facing terrace with a view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles de Chamonix. It has two independent bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The apartment has 4 beds: 1 double bed (140X200) in one bedroom, 2 single beds (90X190) that can be twinned and an extra bed in the other bedroom.
Other remarks
Upon arrival, an inventory of the apartment will be carried out and a deposit of 300 euros in check or cash will be requested.
Obviously, will be returned upon departure
