Welcome to Chamonix!

Perfectly equipped to accomodate 7 people, my 55m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator and offers a splendid view of the entire Mt Blanc range that you can admire from the balcony. It is ideally located in the CITY CENTER, 400m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, 12 minutes walk from the Montenvers train station and close to bars, restaurants, shops...

## Logement
Sleeping seven people, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and well appointed.

It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed; a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed.
It also has a furnished BALCONY with a magnificent VIEW of the entire MONT BLANC massif.

To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Covered parking, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It is located in the CITY CENTER but in a quiet residence. You will find everything you need: bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, ski rental services... The bus station is at the foot of the building and you can reach all the ski areas of the valley in a few minutes.
You will be able to do all the various mountain activities of your choice in winter and summer!

The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Chamonix is the capital of mountaineering and has 10 ski areas, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist sites are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
