Air-conditioned vacation home with a private pool and a bocce court, 5 minutes from the Orb River

Accommodation of about 90m² consisting of a large living room with open kitchen, very well equipped, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a terrace of 50 m². TV and Wi-FI available. The accommodation includes a bedroom for two people and a bedroom for 4 people; a 1.40m clip-clap is also available in the living room. Presence of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Availability of a dishwasher and a washing machine. The upper part of the house is not occupied during the rental periods of the cottage.

The swimming pool (4 m x 7 m) is a private pool only for the tenants of the accommodation; it is a salt pool equipped with a shutter. Terrace furniture, plancha and barbecue are available.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Vieussan, in the Haut Languedoc National Park From the terrace, the landscape is superb, with a very beautiful view of the Orb.
Many possibilities for walking, cycling or mountain biking from the house. Beautiful Orb beach 200m away, free tennis in the village.
Nearby: canoe base for descent of the Orb, Héric gorges, Mont Caroux. The beaches of the Mediterranean are 40 km away.
Many sports activities and cultural visits, tasting of St Chinian wines.

A very comfortabel house

The house is comfortabel because its spacious and clean. There is a nice pool and the bathroom and bedrooms are lovely. I stayed with three persons of 26 and 28 and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will come back next year.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vieussan. Le gîte est propre, fonctionnel et la piscine très bien entretenue. La vue est spectaculaire, l'endroit très calme avec la rivière à proximité. Les gorges d'Herics sont à 10mn en voiture pour une randonnée qui nous en a mis plein.la vue. L'arrivée au gîte est autonome (boîte à clef), ce qui est parfait pour nous qui avons un animal un peu réactif face aux inconnus et notre hôte, Marc, d'une grande gentillesse, a été très disponible au téléphone pour nous accueillir et nous donner toutes les explications nécessaires. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerons sans hésitation.

Maison très agréable, au calme. La piscine et la vue sont splendides. Cuisine bien équipée.Nous y avons passé une très semaine et les enfants nous demandent déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine :). Nous avons eu Marc au téléphone qui est un hôte très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La vue et le cadre sont juste magnifiques. Ideal pour bien se ressourcer. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille avec un garcon de 8 ans et une ado de 14 ans.Tout y était parfait, un lave linge aurait été le bienvenu surtout quand notre garcon a passé ses journées à jouer sur le terrain de petanque! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Maison très agréable avec une superbe vue

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Beaucoup de vaisselles et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Piscine agréable avec une vue magnifique.
