Downstairs apartment in large home. Guests have access to private yard, grill and spacious hot tub. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Very close to all Lake Como/Belmar attractions. Washer and Dryer included also. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Beach chairs and umbrella availabe if needed. Unit is eight blocks from train station, next to a convenience.store and walking/biking distance to every bar and restaurant in Belmar.

Great getaway

This was a good, low budget property for our short-notice trip to the shore. The property owners were on premise and extremely attentive and helpful to all of our needs and questions, not to mention fun to have a beer with! Will definitely be back.

Misleading posting

Not sure how this property has such a high rating. This is a basement apartment in a multifamily house. You can hear the people walking and talking above you (which made us feel like they could hear us too 😬). The “private” deck and hot tub are shared with the others in the house. Very disappointed, I would not have stayed there if I had known.

The place sucked

The place was infested with fruit flies. We could not turn on any lights in the living room. I messaged Patricia right after we got there and she never replied. The internet did not work right. There were hardly any outlets. We were very disappointed with it. Not a good host
