Eagle

The area is great but the property is a little tired. It is advertised as having the basics for the amount of people the property can accomodate (6) but only had barely enough for 3 people, the floors feel spongy in places and the cooking facility's (toaster oven and electric 2burner plate we're old and didn't work very well. Luckily it we were only 3 in our party so it didn't affect us too much. It wouldn't take much to bring the property up to a higher standard with new appliances etc.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

We had an unbelievable time! This cabin is right on the beach and minutes to town! Also be sure to check out the Sechelt Marsh (up the street). I've never seen so many ducks!

Tolle Lage, die einiges wett macht

Zuerst einmal das, was uns gestört hat: Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen oder zu lagern (keine Schränke oder Schubladen, nur Garderobe). Wir haben dann kurzerhand eines der drei Schlafzimmer als Kofferzimmer benutzt. Die Rollos in der Schlafzimmern waren defekt und quasi nicht zu benutzen. Einiges an Geschirr war verstaubt und im kleinen Ofen waren noch viele Krümel. Geschirr war knapp aber noch ausreichend, Besteck eindeutig zu wenig (1 Gabel und 3 Löffel sind dort etwas wenig für 4 Leute). Das hört sich jetzt „schlimm“ an, lässt sich aber größtenteils schnell beheben, und es ist wirklich ein nettes kleines Häuschen, wo wir auch gerne noch länger geblieben wären. Ansonsten entsprach das Haus den Beschreibungen und Fotos. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch!! Wir hätten den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse am Wasser sitzen können, so schön war es!!

Enjoy our stay!

Nice little place to stay. Great view of the water in Porpoise Bay. Kitchen is small and with the hotplate good for breakfast foods. It worked great for this. We used the toaster oven for our bread and worked great. We would stay here again. Thank you for the great accommodations!
