A hottie in the heart of Madrid

Welcome to my sweet stay!

A haven of peace in the bustle of the capital, which will allow you to enjoy the entertainment and charm of our city.

In our time you can find the most sophisticated, innovative and friendly, down to the smallest details to make your trip a unique experience.

The views of the rooftops of the city center and the monuments are very special from the covered terrace of flowers and plants that fill the air with pleasant odors.

Art retains its beams and original entrance door more than two centuries ago.

In the living room we find a large, comfortable sofa, which converts into a bed of 1.20 x 1.90. He is very welcoming also its reading area.

The master suite has all the original ceiling beams. The bed has a mattress viscoelastic 1. 50 x 2.00 m, of the highest quality for the best rest. And all the bedding and bath, spotless, is high end.

Roof light seeps into the kitchen, integrated in the living room, giving a special light to the room. Modernly equipped with all appliances, cookware and utensils needed to make your stay more comfortable (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee Nesspreso, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, iron, hair dryer, etc.).
In addition, basic are included to facilitate your arrival, such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil.
Free Internet access at your disposal (new ADSL cable line faster since September 2015). And a powerful heat pump and air conditioning in every area.

Everything is perfectly clean and tidy so you can start to enjoy it without worrying about anything.

It is located on the third floor without elevator, and although no elevator (like most buildings in central Madrid), if you have heavy luggage, let me know and I'll be happy to help you upload.

We have basic accessories for a baby (cot, sheets, bath, changing table, high chair) -Ask.

Amazing studio in the perfect location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 weeks to get settled in before working in Spain. This was our first time in Madrid, and the apartment was perfect. Right in the middle of everything there is to do, like the palace, theatre, bars, etc. Sol did everything we could to make sure we had a stress-less week. Her apartment is perfectly decorated, with a little balcony to enjoy. The bed is super comfy as well. The only heads up I would give is that the space is a little small for someone over 5'10", my boyfriend was constantly bumping his head. We would recommend and stay again!!

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum Madrids

Die Wohnung von Sol ist klein, aber hat wirklich alles was man für einen Städtetrip in Madrid benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Man ist nur einige Schritte vom Palacio Real entfernt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Plaza Mayor. Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Madrid und würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.
