Beautiful and updated Gulf front corner condominium with great amenities and access to the beach. As you walk in you will feel the comforts of home.

This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 people. The master has two full beds and the guest bedroom has to twins. This unit also has two lanai's. Located on the 5th floor, you're sure to see some sweet sunsets! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Room was very clean. Beautiful panoramic views of the gulf and bay. New appliances, carpet and furniture. Pool is heated and wonderful on days when the ocean was too cool.

Great relaxing vacation - great beach, terrific sunset views, this place has it all

If you’re looking for a relaxing, quite and fun family vacation you have come to the right spot. The condo looks exactly like it’s represented in the listing. This was perfect for my family of 5. We loved the sunset views and beachfront accommodations. We spent most of out time on the beach. We rented a boat from the pink shell Marina for some fun on the water. Took a sunset pirate cruise and even went on a 4 hour adventure in the Everglades where we went out on an air boat ride, held an alligator and several snakes. This was a great rental and is located on the north end of the island. If you never been to ft Meyers beach, you should stay here 1st. You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous Place

This place was fabulous. Great location. Property was located on the end of the street with a park next door so no other building next to you....just a great view of the ocean. Loved the free tram to downtown area. Nice Clean beach. The only problem we had was with the lock on the door. Directions should read " Punch in code followed by the "check mark"' not star on key pad. We had to have the Maintenace guy come and help us out because we just could not get the door opened according to the directions Bob came out right away and we got it all figured out. Bob even gave us his personnel cell number in case we had any other problems. I can't wait to go back.

Awesome View

Unit 535 is a double corner unit on the north end of the building with a balcony that looks out over the ocean so you can watch the sunrise and around the corner to the end of the island and Bowditch Point Park. The living room windows and second bedroom windows look out over the end of the island. The master bedroom has a second balcony that looks out over the end of the island and around the corner to the bay where you can watch beautiful sunrises. Check in was difficult. I started calling about an hour before we arrived, and it took 3 calls before I reached the right person to unlock the door remotely. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Fantastic Place

Unbelievable condo located right on the beach. Yes a real beach. And it is a very clean beach. Condo very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and living room. 2 nice full bathrooms. Nice kitchen. Good to cook in. Free Tram picks you up literally in front of bldg. Lots of good restaurants less than a mile away. Two minor points. The digital lock on the front door will not unlock unless you push hard on door. Also once you enter the door code number push the “check” button not the “star” as indicated in the instructions. First day it took us 15 mins to figure it out. Told mngmnt but they seemed uninterested in fixing it. Finally parking is limited. While each unit has one assigned space, if you have 2 or more cars your kinda troubled. Small lot across street for overflow but non residents steal spots. Maybe parking passes could be a good idea. Other than that we loved it.
