Welcome to our 70m² cottage, completely renovated, ideally located for an enchanted interlude with family or friends.

📍 A PRIVILEGED LOCATION: • 17 minutes from the Beauval 🐼 Zoo • At the foot of the Berry Canal (new V46 🚴 cycle path) • Close to the most beautiful castles: Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny...
✨ THE LITTLE EXTRAS: • Mobile air conditioning for cool nights in summer. • Private courtyard for your breakfasts in the sun and safe for children.

🏡🏡🏡The cottage was refurbished in April 2021. Located in a quiet location, the cottage is a single-storey terraced house of 70 m² comprising:

👉 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed,
👉1 bedroom with a bed of 180x200 cm and 1 bed of 90x190
👉 1 living room with flat screen TV: sofa 2x1 people 90x190.
👉 1 bathroom with sink and toilet.
👉 Kitchen with gas stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crockery, dishwasher.
👉 1 Washing machine
👉 cleaning products provided.
👉 a dining room
Private common courtyard.
Linen and 🧹cleaning are included in your stay.
The accommodation does not allow pets
Maximum capacity accepted 6 people (including baby)

Maison très agréable au cœur des châteaux de la Loire

La maison est très bien située, proche du zoo de Beauval, proche des châteaux de la Loire, proche d’une base nautique pour enfants (saint aignan). La maison est propre, il y a tout le confort, la literie est bonne également. Notre hôte est accueillante et de bons conseils pour les visites.
