This holiday rental is a restored former watermill offering every comfort; it’s located on the riverbank. Its unique garden, nestled in lush greenery along the Huillard River, offers peace and tranquility. You’re sure to see herons, kingfishers, or egrets paying you a visit, a few cats coming and going, and even deer coming to drink from the river. Four bicycles are available for your rides; the Orléans Canal, located 500 metres away, offers towpaths for exploring the countryside. From there, you can reach Montargis, a historic town known for its waterfront areas, and sample its culinary specialities, including the must-try dishes. You can also build a fire in the fireplace (firewood provided)
The accommodation is located 1 km from the village and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 160 cm wide, upstairs, and 2 single beds, 90 cm wide, one upstairs and one on the ground floor), a fully equipped and furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, washing machine, and dryer), a living room with a fireplace and a reading nook, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bike storage area in the old stone cellar
Guests can check in independently using a secure key box. This is a holiday rental; therefore, please bring your own bed linens. An optional cleaning fee (60 euros) is available upon request
