CLEANING: If you do not wish to do it on departure, it is possible to pay for the cleaning option on arrival at the rate of fifty € (please inform me)

This stone cottage classified 3 * and its outbuilding on the FACE inhabited by the owner or in the summer season occupied by tenants during their stay (but separated by a 2 metre high oleander hedge, fence and wooden fence) to cut the opposite, has a private Mediterranean type garden

The house consists on the ground floor of a living room with television and a kitchen area in 2 parts with everything necessary (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, freezer combination, dishwasher).

Upstairs a landing leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet, and two independent bedrooms under the slope: one independent bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and the other with 2 single beds, of 90 (1 for teenagers)

For the comfort of your stay, the cottage is also equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and Internet.
For your vehicle you have a private parking space and a small enclosed garden.
