Bright cottage with refined decoration in the countryside between Saint-Malo and Cancale. On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a child's bed, and a third bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds, optionally a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Secure bicycle shelter outside for your comfort. 7 km from Saint-Malo, fall under the spell of this fully renovated local stone house, offering a beautiful living space tastefully decorated. Adjoining the owner's property on a vegetable-oriented farm, you are ideally located 2.5 km from the banks of the Rance and its beaches (swimming) and 2 km from all shops and services. For babies and young children, you can, upon request, benefit from baby equipment (travel cot, child's bed, high chair, booster seat, bathtub and safety gate). You will not have to bring anything, towels are provided and the beds will be made according to your request.
