Your vacation rental, located on the road to Ploumanach (D768), includes on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a living room with a bar area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom (bed 140x190cm) . Upstairs: two bedrooms (with 160x200cm beds), a shower room with WC and a large dressing closet. Outside: a courtyard (200m²) at the front of the house, a garden (500m²) with lawn at the back with a small terrace area. Possibility to park in the courtyard or the garage, or in front of the house. Fully equipped telework space (office type). Discover this beautiful, well-decorated Perrosian house from the middle of the 20th century. It is located near the beach of Trestraou beach (1km), family beach of the seaside resort of Perros Guirec, where the casino is also located. You will appreciate the amenities within walking distance, such as a delicatessen 100m from the gîtes where you can stock up on fruits and vegetables or various local products. In the heart of the pink granite coast, you will not fail to discover thanks to the GR34, coastal hiking path, the beauty of the landscapes which border the port of Ploumanac'h. To recharge your batteries, don't hesitate to take a trip to the Tregastel forum, an aquatic complex with sea water at 30°. Lannion at 12 km, Trebeurden at 11 km, Tréguier at 23 km. Typical Perrosian house located 1km from the beach to enjoy the entertainment and discover the pink granite coast!

Zentral gelegenes und hübsches Ferienhaus.

Im ansprechend gestalteten Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räume waren sauber. Da es zentral gelegen war konnte viel zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreicht werden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
