Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a spacious living room with its open kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its adjoining shower room, a WC with hand basin and a laundry room. Upstairs: a large mezzanine with its relaxation/reading area and a bedroom with 2 90cm beds that can be combined into a 180cm bed and a bathroom with WC. A 700 m² garden with its terrace and a 500 m² courtyard. Garage available. Halfway between the Bay of Morlaix and the Côte de Granit Rose, discover the landscapes of Northern Brittany thanks to this beautiful renovation. Spacious and very comfortable, you can enjoy the garden to relax. 5 minutes by car, discover the large beaches of Plestin Les Grèves (Saint Efflam beach) where you can practice several water activities. Many walks nearby on the GR34 with different panoramas depending on the tides and the seasons. Morlaix and Lannion at 20 km, Perros Guirec at 28 km and Ploumanach at 33 km. On request, the owners can show you around their dairy farm. Spacious house for 4 people between sea and countryside! Ideal for discovering northern Brittany with the Côte de Granit Rose and the Bay of Morlaix.
