Prepare hearty breakfasts using the kitchen's stainless steel appliances before hitting the slopes for the day, and come home in the afternoons to relax in front of the gas fireplace or breathe in the alpine air on the balcony. Enjoy wonderful on-site amenities that include a large outdoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, and a movie theater. At night, you'll even find the bedrooms outfitted with their own TVs to lull you to sleep.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Great Family Ski Location
We had a fantastic time staying here. Place is exactly as described and pictured. Was perfect location for walking to village shops and restaurants, Main Street shopping and dining and we could easily walk to the Quicksilver lift each day. There is an equipment valet so no need to drag your stuff in and out of the condo. Easily visit hot tubs and pools. There is very limited parking, but the garage is an added bonus if you do find a spot. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Convenient location for the town. Parking took a minutes to figure out (under ground car garage) but afterwards was easy peezy. Large apartment, two bedrooms and a living room for extra guest for hanging out. Huge refrigerator to house your food during your stay. Friendly staff and premise was well taken care of (enjoyed the all the shrubs and flowers). Thank you for the memories.

Great location
It’s the perfect location in the summer. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint is the bedding and couch. Both need to be replaced but the condo is for sale. So that might happen! We would rent here again
