Whether your family is here for the beautiful wintertime skiing or the stunning summer hikes, this mountainside condo offers something for everyone! This beautifully updated condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spread out in the spacious living room to enjoy a good movie on the large flat screen TV or head out to the private balcony to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the gorgeous kitchen while taking in the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and its own bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom is also equipped with a king bed and access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk with a twin over a full. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well. When you're home from skiing the fantastic winter slopes, let the shared hot tub soothe those tired muscles while the kids swim in the large outdoor heated pool that is open year round. Downtown Breckenridge is just a few steps away with lovely boutiques, restaurants, and activities to enjoy and the nightlife is something to behold!

Wonderful location and building

We had a great time here. The layout of the place was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids plus the grandparents on the other side. The hot tub was very convenient as was the location of the place. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Great location! Ski in/ ski out and steps from town. We were very pleased with our stay. However, living room furniture and bedroom pillows could definitely use an upgrade.

Great location!

Had a great time right in the heart of Breckenridge. Make sure when you check in you go to the desk at Vacasa. We didn’t know where to go but eventually figured it out. Very nice room and excellent location.

Great location for our family ski trip

Great condo! Clean, well maintained 1st floor unit within 5min walk of the Quicksilver lift. Easy check-in process. Management was very responsive when we reached out about washing machine making noise. Underground parking was great. The free ski valet with Charter Sports was very convenient. All of the beds were comfortable. The family room furniture was slightly dated but fine for us. The hot tub was right next door (with two other options around the property, but we never needed to walk farther). I'd recommend this spot to others.

Great location but dated furnishings.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, parking easy. Nice short walk to the downtown area and ski lifts. This particular unit is quite dated however, and the overall condition of the furniture, mattresses and amenities was unexpectedly poor. Kids enjoyed the escape room. We used Instacart for grocery delivery as the stores were jammed.
