Excellent apartment

Was very impressed with the size of the apartment and the facilities. Was a little disappointed that the bedding and towels were not included and although this was communicated before we arrived it was too late for me to bring anything as we were already on our trip. Parking is available however difficult for bigger cars when full so we ended up parking on the street most of the time. The host was extremely helpful and replied to any questions promptly before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious apartment in great location

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for our family of 4. Location was great, in a quiet area with beautiful views over both Trouville and Deauville. However did not realise untill day before arrival that linen and towels are not provided and came at an additional cost of €60. I just presumed they came as an essential as with any other location I have booked before. 4 bath towels were given for this price but it would have been nice to have had a hand towel provided for the toilet and a tea towel to dry dishes. Also we only had 1 toilet roll provived which is not sufficient for 4 people over 7 days! All in all apart from these issues we had a lovely, comfortable stay in Trouville.

Lovely apartment but lack of attention to detail

The apartment itself is nice and modern however there was very little attention to detail. The listing says nothing about extra charges for towels and bed linen and states they are washed at 60c, which means most people would assume that bed linen and towels are included. It is only when you have booked that you get a notice saying these are not included (in French). I probably should have checked the translation but having stayed at many apartments with Vrbo, I have never come across any that do not provide you with bed linen or towels. It’s completely ridiculous! Communication was very poor. I had to message the host several times for the details of the apartment in the days before arrival as we had heard nothing. I was told the concierge must have had the wrong email address but the host replied back without any problems. When we finally got to the flat, after asking about the bedding (because there were none on the beds), we were told it would cost 35 euros to use their bed linen and a whopping 7 euros for each person to use a towel! Whist the apartment was generally tidy, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, the kitchen bin was half full, there were several opened bottles of drinks in the fridge and the toilet bowl was filthy! There was nothing to wash or dry dishes with, barely any toilet paper and no bin in the toilet (tough when you have teenage girls!) It felt us feeling pretty frustrated!

La location est située dans un quartier calme de Trouville à proximité des commerces, du port et de la plage. Appartement très bien équipé, moderne, confortable avec une vue imprenable sur Trouville et Deauville. Absolument rien à redire et très envie d'y revenir !

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist neu, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Man hat vom Balkon aus einen tollen Ausblick. Im Ort selbst ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Die Agentur sowie die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Idéalement située (5 mn du Centre de Trouville à pied) avec une vue exceptionnelle, très bel appartement bien équipé dans une résidence récente. Hôte très attentionnée et service de conciergerie au top !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Trouville/Beautiful holiday home in Trouville

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage (sehr gute Aussicht), Geschäfte wie der Monoprix oder Carrefour Express sind gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude und die Ferienwohnung sind modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Agentur aber auch die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub in der Normandie und eine schöne Ferienwohnung. The holiday home is at a good location (very good view), shops like Monoprix and Carrefour Express are easy to reach. The building and the apartment are modern and very well maintained. The agency and the owner are very friendly and helpful. It was a very good trip to the Normandy and a great holiday home.
