Ideally located on the Vendée coast, close to the islands (Île d’Yeu and Île de Noirmoutier), Notre-Dame-de-Monts is a small, family-friendly seaside resort that is calm and pleasant. Its town center is lively and offers all local shops, restaurants, and a water sports center.

The house “Fleur de Dune” welcomes you for your family holidays for up to 6 people.
It is located in a quiet residential area, 300 m from the forest, walking trails, and cycle paths, 1,300 m from the beach (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike), and 1,200 m from the town center and shops.
It has been awarded a 3-star rating in the “furnished tourist accommodation” classification.

Renovated in 2020 and tastefully decorated, the house includes:

A large 37 m² living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge (sofa bed, Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs for all ages, board games).
A master suite (160x200 bed), dressing room, and bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Two additional bedrooms:
Yellow bedroom: 1 bed (140x190), wardrobe, and armchair.
Blue bedroom: 1 bed (90x190), 1 BZ sofa bed (140x190), desk, and wardrobe.
Baby equipment available (travel cot, high chair, bathtub).
A second bathroom with a washing machine.
A separate toilet.
A landscaped, enclosed garden of over 600 m².
A private south-facing terrace with pergola, outdoor dining set for 8 people, sun loungers, and a plancha grill.
A garden shed with a covered area and 5 bicycles for teenagers/adults available, beach games, parasol, and baby beach tent.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Bed linen can be provided as an option at a rate of €10 per single bed and €15 per double bed, as well as towels at €5 per person per stay (total: €40 for bed linen, €25 for towels). Payment for these options is to be made upon arrival directly to the owner.
Final cleaning and disinfection are mandatory and charged as an extra: €80.
