About this property

Villa with swimming pool in the Var

Ideal for families and people looking for calm and tranquility.

Situated in the northern Var , in the heart of the gorges du Verdon, Regusse is the ideal place to spend your holiday under the sun. Located 25 minutes away from the Sainte Croix lake and 15 minutes away from Quinson lake and Esparron you are also close all amenities supermarket, restaurants, outside market on sundays and night market wednesday nights.

The house is 120m2 with a 900m2 yard with a pool and barbecue. The pool is open from June to the end of September.

It is composed of 4 bedrooms (3 beds of 140x190 and 2 beds of 90x190).
The kitchen has all the appliances necessary and there are 2 bathrooms.

The linen, towels and pillow cases are not included by default if you would like to have linen, towels, pillow cases... we offer a package for 100 euros. Let us know if you would like it when booking.

No noise after 10pm as we are in a residential area.
We will ask for a 1700 euro deposit that will be returned to you after your stay. Furthermore, a 100 euro cleaning and disinfecting fee will also be required before your departure.
