Welcome to Retreat Oak Leaf, one of four @RetreatDFW locations. Bring your closest family and friends to enjoy all the fun we could pack on 20 private acres.

Stay cool on the 100-foot water slide, kayak in our beautiful lagoon, or relax with family and friends in our pavilion. Then relax in our luxury farmhouse and catch the game in our media room.

With 4,000 square feet of living space, we can sleep up to 25 people (30 with lots of kids)! Let's make some lifelong memories!

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is limited. We are only a text message away. You will get a short tour on check-in day, and you might see us taking care of the lagoon to keep it as clean as possible.

We are in a rural area with minimal neighbors, but we do have neighbors close enough that we cannot allow outside audio devices or DJs at Retreat Oak Leaf.

The entire house and outdoor amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Located just 20 minutes south of Dallas, Retreat Oak Leaf has us excited as we continue to push the boundaries of how much fun and activities you can fit on one property.

Our outdoor activities include:
- 100-foot slip-and-slide and mini slide that both land in the cement pond
- 1-acre cement lagoon
- Pavilion with grill, TV, and plenty of seating and tables.
- High-end swimming pool with hot tub
- Firepit with wood included
- Putting green on an island in the pond
- Mini golf
- Zipline (upon request)
- Frisbee golf
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Corn Hole
- Horseshoe pit
- Dog run
- Endless yard games

We have 4,000 square feet of living space to get comfortable or continue the fun. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we can sleep 25 comfortably. If you have lots of kids in your group, we can sleep up to 30.

The main house includes 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths, an open kitchen, a media, a balcony overlooking the pool and pavilion, and a full laundry room.

The bunkhouse has 4 bunkbeds, a seating area, a dry bar, a pool table, foosball, and comfortable seating. We also have a small outdoor cabin, a full bath, and an outdoor shower next to the pond and pavilion for those looking for that camping experience.

The house, bunkhouse, and pavilion are furnished with nice flat-screen TVs with Dish Network and Netflix.

In terms of amenities, we’ve got you covered too! You’ll have access to minor yet essential things like: Kitchen supplies, bath towels, pool towels, soap, coffee, oxygen, and more.

NO OUTSIDE AUDIO EQUIPMENT IS PERMITTED. We cannot allow DJs or for you to bring your own speakers to this property. Quite hours will begin at 9pm. This is to make sure we are being good neighbors, and we do not have any flexibility on these rules. We do provide speakers for you to use, please let us know if you have any questions on this matter.

We are located in a rural area, so having your own transportation is recommended.

To maintain secure premises, the retreat is equipped with four exterior cameras that record video and audio. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

This is to make sure we are being good neighbors, and we do not have any flexibility on these rules. We do provide speakers for you to use, please let us know if you have any questions on this matter.

The person renting the house must be over 25 years old, and must be present during the rental.

Also, as we get into the colder months, mother nature is more powerful than our cleaning methods, and we cannot maintain the lagoon's clear color like we can in warmer months. While we always maintain the lagoon to be safe to use, sometimes it gets a little less picturesque.
