This camper can easily accommodate 4 people with a convertible dinette for a 5th occupant. Camper is on owners property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I-35 and just 30 minutes south of Dallas and 1 hour north of Waco.

Great property, highly recommend to anyone considering! We were in town for a wedding and this camper was super close by and perfect for our group. Had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great price, everything was very clean, and the AC was great!!

We had such a wonderful 2-night stay in this camper in Waxahachie, TX! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully set up. The camper was clean, cozy, with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the quiet surroundings—it was the perfect stay while visiting for the drag racing event that was going on at Texas Motorplex.The setup made it easy to relax, & wind down in the evening. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear a lot of care went into making guests feel welcome. The location was also convenient, giving us a nice mix of seclusion while still being close enough to explore the area.Overall, it was a charming and relaxing getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, unique stay!
