This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100-acre working farm just 25 mins south of downtown Dallas. The 200-square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle, this is it!

Very Neat Experience!

This was a super neat experience that we would highly recommend. Far enough out that you get the serenity of country living; however, close enough in that you can quickly find the city life. Beautiful property and functional tiny home. The handwritten welcome was a very personable and thoughtful touch! We definitely plan to book again in the future!

A true country experience.

I would have given this a higher rating but for the bugs on the floor and the moths in the room. There were also wasps in the bathroom. Otherwise it was an adorable tiny home.

Little House

My family and I enjoyed this little house. It’s small in space but the three bunks and the little living area was perfect. Maybe a foldable table would help with people who are eating or playing board games. But other than that I booked for the look and also that neat bathtub. Thanks again. One day we may go back.
