*** Please be aware that Waxahachie has two major trains that run through town that are very loud. This home is located near a train track that runs throughout the day and occasionally at night & early mornings.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave any used beds un-made. - Place used towels on floor in laundry room. - Place any dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. - Return all home items back where you found them.
- Remove all trash and place inside green bin located under the carport. Please do not leave anything inside the refrigerator. - Turn off all lights. - Lock doors, front and back, prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ONLY TOILET PAPER SHOULD BE FLUSHED IN THE TOILET. ALL OTHER ITEMS SHAL BE THROWN IN THE TRASH.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE PERMITTED. ALCOHOL USE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECTFUL.
ON STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED. PARKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAY OR UNDER THE CARPORT. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY IS 2.
