Duplex 1 seafront in residence with swimming pool Air conditioning WIFI

Apartment renovated in 2021 in a residence with a pool located 30 metres from the beach.<br>Fully equipped studio with a mezzanine, balcony, new high-quality bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.<br>Many water sports available on the beach during the summer (scuba diving, jet skiing, paragliding...).<br>Ideal location: 5 minutes from the large beaches of Sagone, 30 minutes from Ajaccio, and 1 hour from the Calanques de Piana...<br>Numerous hiking trails in the mountains and along the coast in the surrounding area.<br><br>Ideal apartment for 2 to 4 people, equipped with 1 new sofa bed with a comfortable mattress that sleeps 2 people in the living room and 2 single beds with new bedding on the mezzanine. (The single beds can be pushed together for a couple.)<br><br>Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. A €50 check will be requested upon arrival and returned if the cleaning is done properly. If you prefer, the person greeting you can also take care of the cleaning for a flat fee of €50.<br> In addition, a security deposit check for €500 will be required upon arrival and returned at the end of your stay if no damage is found.<br><br>Parking is available on the property.<br><br>Please note that use of the pool is entirely at the guests’ own risk. The pool is deep, unsupervised, and freely accessible. CHILDREN MUST NOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED NEAR THE POOL.<br>The residence is currently undergoing renovation (no major construction work will take place during the summer months).<br>
