Daytime disturbances are prohibited if they cause a nuisance to the area.
While tolerance for noise depends largely on the character and lifestyle of our neighbors, daytime noise is defined and regulated by law.
A quick reminder to preserve your peace and quiet and that of those around you:
A fixed fine may be imposed on the person causing the disturbance, in the amount of:
• €68 if the person causing the disturbance pays the fine immediately or within 45 days of the issuance of the violation notice (or the mailing of the violation notice, if applicable)
• €180 after this deadline

Use of the Premises:
The tenant shall enjoy peaceful use of the rental property and use it properly, in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises. Upon departure, the tenant agrees to return the rental property as clean as it was upon arrival. The tenant agrees to maintain the plumbing, electrical, and heating systems in perfect working order. Any repairs made necessary by negligence or misuse during the rental period shall be the tenant’s responsibility, both within the rental unit and throughout the entire property. Under no circumstances may the rental be used by third parties without the prior consent of the owner. The rented premises are intended for residential use only, excluding any professional, commercial, or craft-related activity of any kind. The tenant is obligated to ensure that the peace and quiet of the area is not disturbed by the tenant or their family. The owner reserves the right to evict tenants in the event of observed damage or nuisances.

Things That Cause Trouble:
- If trash tins are not put out, €150 will be withheld to cover the overtime worked by the cleaning staff.
- If the dishwasher is not emptied and/or dishes are left unwashed in the sink or scattered throughout the property, a €50 fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning the house;

Number of guests:
The number of guests staying at the rental property may not exceed the number specified in the listing.

Linens:
Beach towels are not provided by the owner, except for bed linens. Bedding must be used normally; in particular, beds must be made with sheets and pillowcases. If a child is likely to wet the bed, the tenant must provide waterproof mattress pads.

Outdoors:
The lawn is mowed regularly at the owner’s expense. The upkeep and maintenance of the pool are also the owner’s responsibility. Camping is prohibited on the property.

Pool:
Use of the pool is subject to the tenants’ vigilance and supervision and is at their own risk.

SUMMARY:
