Villa Alexia is an absolute seafront villa on Corfu's beautiful northeast coast, where the infinity pool appears to merge with the Ionian Sea. Set within 1.2 acres of private Mediterranean gardens, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests and combines exceptional privacy with uninterrupted sea views and direct private access to the water below.

A private gate leads from the villa grounds to the shoreline, making a morning swim in the clear Ionian waters only a few steps away. Throughout the day, guests can move effortlessly between sea and infinity pool, while spacious terraces provide places to relax, dine and enjoy the changing light across the horizon.

Space and Privacy for up to 12 Guests
Villa Alexia has six bedrooms arranged across three self-contained units, giving families and groups the opportunity to stay together while retaining a degree of independence and privacy.

The Upper Floor has three bedrooms and the villa's principal indoor and outdoor living areas. At garden level are a two-bedroom Apartment and a separate one-bedroom Studio, each with its own facilities and privacy while remaining an integral part of the villa.
The Master Bedroom on the Upper Floor and the Studio each have a fixed double bed. The remaining four bedrooms each have two full-length single beds which can be seamlessly joined as a double, allowing the sleeping arrangements to suit families, couples and groups of friends.
Several bedrooms enjoy sea views and direct access to balconies or terraces.

Outdoor Living by the Sea
Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Alexia. The horizon-level infinity pool overlooks the Ionian Sea, surrounded by terraces for sunbathing and relaxing, while shaded dining areas invite long lunches and dinners overlooking the water.
Mornings may begin with coffee on the terrace and a swim in the sea below; days unfold between pool and sea; and evenings are made for dining outdoors as the light changes across the horizon.

A Peaceful Base for Exploring North-East Corfu
Villa Alexia enjoys a secluded waterfront setting while remaining within easy reach of Nissaki, Barbati and Agni Bay, with their beaches, waterfront tavernas and restaurants. Corfu Town, with its Venetian architecture, shops and cultural attractions, is 21 km away.
