Wicked Large 4500 SQ FT House with AC 1/2 a Block from the Ocean! Sleeps 34!

20 G Street is a wicked awesome large house - perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. This is a great place to pull your family together, grab some lobsters and spend some quality time together 1/2 a block from the beach and 2 miles of boardwalk!!

It has been Family Reunion Central for our family over Labor Day weekend for the past 9 summers. Great memories!!!

20 G renovation includes new updated bathrooms, Updated kitchens, laminate and vinyl plank flooring and new HVAC.

Mitsubishi mini splits provide A/C in the massive living room plus 48,000 BTUs of cooling/heating on the second floor with each room having heat/AC. The 5 bedrooms and kitchens on the first floor have heat and A/C

The building is used as a summer mission home for a college Christian group and in the winter for Hodge Hockey and 25 Jr Hockey players.

There is availability during the month of May.

Awesome property for large families!

This property is huge! We have a large extended family that always come up to Hampton beach the same week every summer. We usually stay in 2-3 cottages spread out along the beach, but with this property, we were all able to stay together in the same house-which was great! The owner was around if we needed anything and was easy to work with. We definitely recommend this property if you have a large family that would like to all stay together!
