Unit 403 welcomes you with its newly updated, well-appointed one-bedroom condo, boasting an array of enticing features designed for your utmost comfort and enjoyment.

In the living room, you'll find a brand new 75-inch smart television, voice and switch-activated dimmer lamps and thermostat, and two complete Bose 700 series 5.1 surround sound systems (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Sink into the super comfortable leather reclining chairs by Ekornes from Norway, complemented by modern ceiling fans with dimmer lights and new carpeting.

Accommodating up to four guests comfortably, the unit offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen boasts a new dishwasher in addition to standard appliances. Step out onto the balcony and relax in the new Essen wooden dining set or cozy rattan wicker chaise lounge chair/bed, which can accommodate two more guests, bringing your total to six people.

Located on the fourth floor near the end of the building, Unit 403 offers stunning views of the beach and the emerald-blue ocean waters.

When you're not relaxing indoors, the area offers a plethora of outdoor activities to enjoy, including surfing, fishing, kiteboarding, parasailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, flight tours, and even stargazing. Take a leisurely stroll or jog around the safe and fun neighborhood, or head to Norriego Point, just a short walk away, to explore its beautiful beach and dunes teeming with great blue herons and a variety of bird life. Henderson Beach State Park is also just 3 miles to the east.

Building amenities include a sauna, gym, laundry room, pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts.

Nice visit to the beach!

The condo was really nice - just like the description and photos showed. We had a great time and enjoyed our visit. Weather was spotty for two of the days, but that's not under our control.

The view of the ocean from each and every condo is breathtaking. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Ryan who sets up chairs and umbrellas at the beach is so accommodating and friendly. Our condo was complete with all promised supplies and the bed was very comfortable. We were so sad to say goodby but we will be back.

Cute condo.

It was a cute condo. More attention could be paid to cleanliness. I just cleaned it myself instead of bothering front desk. But there was trash in living room on floor, bottle cap lids on couch, hair and sticky stuff on dining table, etc. No fan in bedroom. Small fan in closet was broken. Couch dated and uncomfortable. Bedroom mattress was great.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times over the years and never had any issues worth mentioning, but my last visit we had a few issues, nothing a would call a show stopper.Good: Great staff very nice and professional. AC would freeze you out(according to my wife nothing else really matters),bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped with adequate utensils and appliances.Bad:Had issue with hot water and service man said problem with faucet and was on list to have replaced.Bathroom could use a makeover.Living room furniture old and living room could also stand a makeover.Time to retire the mirror walls.On the TV, I'll echo other reviews, the two pages of instructions is a little much, we never did get the DVD player working(there is not a sony DVD icon).I will have to say the TV was the biggest I've ever seen and seems to be HD on steroids. We watched NCIS and I had blood stains on my shirt when it was over? Just kidding.Ugly:Everything balcony. It was filthy including multiple cigerrette butts(I told desk clerk and he added a note to my account so I wouldn't be charged for smoking in room), furniture was old and the cushions were filthy. Now keep in mind Ive stayed in a lot of fishing cabins so I was able to work through it but for the price ,kinda expected more.All this said I will be back , but may ask more questions about the room.

Chips of paint on the wall corners, particles of dried food behind the sofa, gigantic television set not proportional to the room, all manner of mis-matched lamps. Sofa cushions flat, worn and tired. Mattress was great, that was about it.
