We enjoyed this house so much! It is very spacious with many lounging areas and a great deck. The seperate rooms allow privacy and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this for large groups!

This house is fantastic. Three sep living areas were perfect for our large family. The teens enjoyed all of the amenities downstairs. The owners have thought of everything. Bring food and clothes, the rest is there! The property and dock were great. Highly recommend. Pic is my son’s RC Truck at the lake. The view!

Our family group of 13 found everything as advertised and it was the perfect choice for our five night stay celebrating 70th birthdays, 50th and 25th wedding anniversaries, a 17th birthday, etc. Kevin and Julie were always quick to respond to all of our questions. This is a highly recommended rental!

We had a great stay over New Year’s! The house was spacious and perfect for group gatherings, with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy quiet downtime. The location is fantastic—right on Lake Lanier in a nice neighborhood, close to Atlanta, Helen, and charming downtown Gainesville. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

The house is roomy and comfortable, plenty of room for the 11 people in our group and is close to downtown Gainesville and the botanical gardens. We had a great time staying here and highly recommend it to others.

Our communication with the host was positive and went very well. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and questions prior to and during our stay. The house was clean and neat, including the bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen appliances and utensils were clean and well organized. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house; there was a place for our party of 13 to either spread out and get some seclusion or get together in any of the communal rooms.The game room downstairs was a big hit for the boys and the men. We all enjoyed the dock, swimming and using the paddle board and kayaks. We saw a white squirrel almost daily who must live near the house and many deer that would come walking through the woods close to the house.

Was a great house for the groomsmen’s home base during our wedding weekend! Wonderful host, so many fun things to do, and plenty of space for whatever you need! We highly recommend staying here :)

Lovely Lake house

This house was wonderful, plenty of space for everyone and everyone had a good time at the lake. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property! The layout of the house is ideal for multiple groups....lots of space! The house was spotless when we arrived! We enjoyed grilling on the oversized deck off....very peaceful and enjoyed watching deer & white squirrels! We appreciated how everything was labeled and the kitchen was well supplied...even had two dishwashers! The property is conveniently located to shops, grocery stores and less than 10 min from downtown Gainesville. The hosts' communication was great and always responded, which is refreshing.

Sweet Tea on the Dock was amazing. My family loved floating/swimming off the dock, watching the deer, the game room, all the porches, and the house is beautiful and comfortable. My family had a fantastic time!

We truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving at Sweet Tea on the Lake. The game room was a hit for all of us. It was a pretty cold weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake toys. Overall, it was a great place to relax and spend quality family time.

Always our Favorite Place for a Work Retreat

This is our third year using "Sweet Tea on the Dock" for our work retreat. This house is perfect for what we need, it's perfectly located, and it accommodates a large group very well. We love it so much we keep coming back!
