Beautiful Lake House with pool in Union Pier Michigan.

For 2024, we have remodeled all 3 bathrooms, repainted the entire interior of the home and new carpet upstairs!

We have a beautiful pool and patio to enjoy your summer days and evenings! All seasons are special in Union Pier, from fall colors to the peaceful sounds of winter!

Exactly a 3 minute walk to the lake with private beach access to Gordon Beach. It sits on a 1/2 acre lot with a beautiful back yard with large patio, fire pit and outdoor games like corn hole. Grill on the Weber Grill or just relax with a glass of wine.

The home comfortably sleeps 10. It has 4 bedrooms - master with a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom is the perfect one for kids and adults with two twin beds and one full bed. It has 3 full bathrooms, one on the second floor and two on the first floor.

The stone fireplace is the focal point of main room where you can enjoy cooking, watching TV or enjoy dinner at the table for 10. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Girls' Trip

This house was great for a group of girls having a get away. Neil was very prompt and the house was awesome!! We enjoyed and beach and pool. We hope to return!

Great weekend getaway!

Amazing home with great layout to accommodate a large family. Clean, well stocked and great communication with property manager/owner. We had zero issues! Would love to come back in warmer months to take advantage of the pool!

Perfection!!

Absolutely fantastic from sunrise to sunset!!! This was the perfect vacation spot. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate several people. It was impeccably clean and had every amenity needed. We enjoyed the pool, beach, fire pit, outdoor seating, and sunset. The owner, Neil, was a tremendous help and gave us a detailed list of everything we needed to make our visit perfect. In addition, Union Pier and New Buffalo had so much to offer, including a delicious bakery, fresh market, and our new favorite ice cream place Oink! We can't wait to return next summer!

We are based in Chicago and have always wanted a house near the lake. We fell in love with Union Pier in 2019 and found the perfect house soon after. We love walking the beach, checking out all the very close towns of New Buffalo, Sawyer, Three Oaks, etc. There are fantastic restaurants, wineries, shops and antique stores to enjoy no matter what time of the year you come.

Why they chose this property

It's 2,600 square foot and the perfect layout for family trips, friend weekends and just to relax. We love that we can walk to downtown Union Pier for amazing bake goods at Black Currant Bakehouse, lunch/dinner at Union Pier Social as well as a local grocery store for all your needs and last minute items.

What makes this property unique

Love that it sits on a 1/2 acre lot with an in-ground heated pool and a quick 3 minute walk to a private beach. Our goal is for you to walk in and instantly feel at ease to relax and have a fantastic stay!
