Dream Home in a bit of paradise with private dock.

New vacation home rental. Stunning, spacious riverfront home with a private dock and river beach. Amazing views from nearly every room. Southwest exposure provides shelter from the summer winds. BBQ, jacuzzi in master bath, pool table etc. will complete your vacation. A short walk to Old Town via the river beach or road will take you to many fun shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. If you have paddle boards, kayaks or a boat it's an easy float either to Old Town, to the ocean, or across the river to the dunes and trails. Two kayaks are provided for use while you're here. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional housekeeper after each stay. Seriously, a bit of paradise. You won’t be disappointed! Five Queen beds, one King,, and a Twin upper bunk. Two and a half baths.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean; with a well appointed kitchen. This house has an amazing view of the mouth of the Suslaw (Sp?) river, and beautiful sand dunes across the river.

This property is amazing!! So beautiful. Had a few mishaps with the garbage being completely full when we arrived, a broken lamp shade in the master bedroom and sticky counter tops but besides those minor things , we had a blast!! Thank you so much!!

We had a great stay - the house was beautiful, with plenty of room for our family. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved the huge windows and view of the river - we even saw an Orca! We'd definitely come again!

Annual Florence Trip

Once again, our family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Florence. We caught salmon and enjoyed some fresh crab! We sure miss the view when we have to return to reality!

Beautiful vacation home!

Two families with teens enjoyed a long weekend in this beautiful home. Perfect location on the river with views and a dock for fishing and crabbing. Owners were great as needed for communication. S’mores around the fire pit each night and pool tournaments. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous property with amazing views!

This was an awesome property and fit our needs perfectly. So much to see and do at the property, and very kid friendly. There is one upstairs en suite bed/bath, and one downstairs en suite bed/bath. There is also a half bath (toilet/sink) room down stairs. Enormous kitchen with plenty of room if you wanted to buy a months worth of groceries, you won't run out of cabinet space!

Nice views. Easy walk to Old Town. The bathroom situation is a little weird- you have to walk through both bedrooms to get to the full baths. The loft is open to the living room so it can be noisy.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence due to this house. We had a little snafu at the beginning with the cleaning, but the owners quickly remedied this and were in close contact. I believe the owners are in the process of stocking up the house, but once it's got all the bells and whistles, it will be an amazing place to stay. As it was, we thought it was great...very spacious, beautiful kitchen and living space, and a great setting on the river. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house!

Our family stayed at this house for several days and had a great time. We had a variety of ages and this house had all of the amenities we needed for all ages. The dock and access to water was very well received by all. We successfully crabbed right off the dock. We enjoyed dinner's together and family time on the back deck. The location is close to town. We definitely will reserve this house again if our travels bring us back to Florence.

Fall Florence

House and setting are beautiful. Large windows really brought in the views of the river and dunes. For us the weather for late October was amazing got to enjoy the outside grill and firepit. Will definitely be back. Bring binoculars, several times I wished I had. Harbor seals and several different birds. Very short drive downtown, check out Homegrown.

We had a lovely visit and truly enjoyed the dock and the view! We might encourage the owner to address the black mold in the pantry refrigerator, to provide proper slats under the mattress in the second upstairs bedroom, and to consider a cleaning service that can be finished before the reservation time begins. It would also be lovely to provide cracking tools for crabs. If those things were addressed, we would happily return!

Dream Getaway indeed

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this beautiful home in a gorgeous setting for a family birthday celebration. The adults and teens in our group enjoyed sunning on the dock and paddleboarding, while the younger kids enjoyed digging in the sand along the river beach at low tide. The house had everything we needed and was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Although there was tons to do in the area, the house was so lovely and the views and setting so beautiful that we only went on one major outing. We walked to Old Town for dinner one evening but mostly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evenings at the house. Communication with the hosts about a few questions was easy and prompt. We hope to return for another stay!

Amazing views, beautiful home

The home is very pretty, it has a nice layout and is uniquely designed, the private dock was amazing, views are beautiful- we saw huge, spectacular sea lions swim by multiple times a day, deer and coyotes across the river, etc.! Location is quick to downtown where you can find great little boutique stores and gift shops as well as grocery stores and convenience stores, and it’s less than 10 minutes to drive to ocean beach. A few things in the house should be replaced and a couple areas could probably be more thoroughly cleaned, but it didn’t ruin the vacation. Host is quick to reply and friendly! Thanks again!
