Sand Dollar Shores at Heceta Beach

Sand Dollar Shores is an almost Beachfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1500 square foot 1960's beach house with a marvelous wrap around deck, and a 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom. This home reminds you of the original beach house you used to stay in, lots of glass, open beamed tongue & groove ceiling, and a charming beach feel.
It has been updated over the years, with new vinyl windows throughout. The kitchen and dining area have ceramic tile floors & modern appliances but with the wonderful red countertops it hasn't lost it's sixties charm. The Dining Room has a large picnic table with padded seats that seats 8 and has a fantastic view. Also a great place to play games or do a jigsaw puzzle on those stormy days.

Relax in front of the Pellet Stove in the spacious living room or enjoy the afternoon sun out on the large wrap around deck with great views. On a warm day, throw open the sliding glass door and turn on the ceiling fan. It has built in window seats, 2 recliners, 2 swivel rockers and a large sofa, so everyone can gather around the 50 inch TV to watch a movie on Netflix or to stare out at the view.

On the First Floor you'll find a small bedroom with Twin trundle bed, a larger bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a Bathroom with shower-bathtub combo. On the second floor another bathroom, with a large shower stall. The primary bedroom with queen bed has stunning views and it's own deck. It has a 40 Inch TV The other bedroom has full size bed, and a nice desk if you need to catch up on some work. The loft bed has a queen bed.

There is parking for four vehicles or a truck and trailer for all of your toys.
