This updated house in Shell Knob, MO is a fun get away for family and friends. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a covered porch. It is just a couple blocks from the Table Rock Lake and just a few minutes from town. This home is family friendly and perfect for a fun getaway. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The home has an open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are three bedrooms in total. Two are in the main part of the house with king size beds and the other bedroom, the “Bunkhouse”, is across the carport/porch. The Bunkhouse is perfect for kids and teens. You do have to go outside to get to it. There are three full baths throughout the house, all including walk-in showers.

It does not come with a boat slip. However there are marina's near by that you can rent a boat and/or slip. Campbell Point Marina and King's River Marina are two of them. There is room on the property to store your trailer if you bring your own boat.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the blackstone or the grill please clean prior to checking out. This is not part of the cleaners duty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We request all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and ensure that all noise is kept down between 10 pm and 9 am.
The ping pong table is for that only. Do not sit anything on it or use it for any other purpose.
Please don't rearrange the furniture. Take the trash out before you leave and load, start the dishwasher. Thank you.

It was okay

I’m guessing with it being off season the house wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped for especially with the price you pay for a cleaning fee. The house itself was nice. Good location. Host was responsive to messages and problems we encountered.

Lake View

Rental was nice, we enjoyed staying here and would consider returning if we came back this way! Things to be aware of though is the room with the bunks is separate from the main house so if you travel with Littles you may want to rethink. Also there was dog hair all on the furniture and rugs that got on our clothes. We are dog owners ourselves so not a big deal but was unexpected since the listing says no dogs allowed.

Great place with a great host

Great spot in Shell Knob! The bunkhouse was a huge plus with teenagers as were the three full baths. Clean and lots of extras made our trip exceptional. Would recommend and rent again!

Great place for a family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for the Thanksgiving week and had a great time. The house was well furnished and had all the pots/pans/dishes/tools we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved having the bunkhouse to themselves and it was nice to be able to send them over there and have a bit of privacy. The weather wasn't conducive to enjoying the lake, but we would love to come back some time when it's warm and have some fun in the water. Definitely recommend...

Wonderful Place! Will be coming back!

What a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was well stocked, welcoming AND STYLISH. Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice- wow factor!! Beds were comfy and the shower was great with shampoo/conditioner just in case you forget to bring yours! Outside area AMAZING with cozy lights at night to just sit down and sip your drinks with family and friends, or enjoy a relaxing morning coffee! We could not have asked for a better location. Close to everything. Overall a wonderful place; we didn't want to leave!! Definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in Shell Knob!

Week At The Rock

Nice Friendly Neighborhood! The Beds were very comfy! Floors needed swept but not a problem, we took care of that! Coffee pot ran over so we left a note! All in all This is a Great Family Place to Stay, close to everything♥️

My parents used to take us here when we were kids. We are from Wichita, Ks. We have the best memories of being at the lake. Whether it's boating, fishing, swimming, campfires, or just playing cards it's about having fun and relaxing.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy this neighborhood because it's close to the grocery store and marina. There are several restaurants around too which is nice. It's not too far to drive to Branson for the day or another attraction in Mo.
