Villa with private pool, 7bedrooms, in Tuscan country between Cortona and Arezzo

Villa Frassineta is a manor house built in the late 1800s and has always belonged to our family. With the recent restoration we have equipped the house with all modern comforts, while maintaining the original architecture and materials and retaining the period furnishings belonging to the family. The villa is an Art Nouveau building and is spread over three levels: on the ground floor there are the dining room, the living area, satellite TV and fireplace, the fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom (with WC, no shower) and the laundry area; on the first floor there are a small living room, the old kitchen with the large stone hearth, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles + 1 with 2 single beds) with frescoed ceilings and 2 bathrooms with shower; on the second floor there are a small lounge with a single sofa bed, 4 bedrooms (3 doubles + 1 with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning (no AC on ground floor); all bathrooms are newly built.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees, vegetable garden and aromatic plants. The kitchen's door-window leads directly to a paved area where there is a barbecue and a pergola with a large table. Next to the pavement there is the ancient well, the stone sink and the old lemon house, now used as a changing room with shower for the swimming pool. The swimming pool, open from May to September, is for the exclusive use of guests. The property, entirely fenced and covered by free wi-fi network, occupies an area of approximately 3000sqm.

Heating available from Oct. 15th to Apr. 15th for 14 hours per day, according to the rules of the municipality of Arezzo.
