This condo was way overpriced based on the condition of the furniture and the overall feel of the space. The leather couch had a place where the material was completely worn off, and the electronic reclining function did not work at all. The loveseat’s reclining function worked on one side. The throw pillows on the couch and loveseat were not clean. The area rug in the living room was dirty and the carpet was snagged and torn in the master bedroom entry. All of the bedroom carpets showed traffic dirt. The jets in the garden tub weren’t working. The mattresses need replacing in both king rooms. Upon arrival the bunk room had a strong odor which seemed to indicate it had been shampooed after a pet (smelled of cat pee) had voided there. The smell dissipated after three days, but we never used the room. An email was sent in regards to that, and no response was ever received. The balcony was nice and spacious but could use a couple of lounge chairs. The pools were nice.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could be a nice place but needs a LOT of TLC: * the AC vent in the closet in master bedroom had lots of mold around it* bed in master bedroom is absolutely terrible - it's cheap or worn out or both * couches/chair in living room are horrible - the power recline doesn't work and they are ripped* water heater is terrible - with my family of 5 we had to manage when we took showers otherwise you would end up with cold water* was not cleaned well - floors were dirty in several places

Best Vacation Spot without a passport!

My family enjoyed the white beaches, clear water, fun waves, and steps to the beach. The property is secure and well kept. The pools are nice and clean. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful oversized condo in great location

We had a great time in the 4 bedroom condo overlooking the beach and pool. Great location! We loved the oversized porch with the amazing views! We would definitely stay there again! So amazing!

Best Condo in PCB!

The location was great. The panoramic views of the beach from the large balcony was awesome. Plenty of seating on the balcony and inside. The place was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We plan to use again in the future. Would highly recommend this host.

Great Accommodations.

The condo was great. It is as advertised. The rental staff are great and very attentive to your needs. If you have a problem they are willing to go out of their way to help you resolve it. This condo is one of the best set up condos we have stayed in.

2nd time staying here :)

Absolutely love this condo. It’s so nice, and the pool is excellent. It’s HUGE. My only complaint is both of the couches was broken, which was frustrating for family night. Also some of the plug ins did not work so charging phones was hard. We would recommend staying here.
