• a kitchen with a TV that opens onto the dining room and the bar,

• 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), 3 of which are equipped with a TV

• 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with hydromassage jets

• 3 separate bathrooms

• 1 room with a 4-person spa

 The 11 m x 5 m pool is heated to 28°, lined with a liner, and equipped with an electric safety cover; the deck, made of kiln-dried Finnish pine, features 8 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The water is treated with salt.

 The covered patio is furnished with a large table and 8 chairs, a seating area, 1 plancha grill, and 1 wood-fired oven.
