Maison très agréable dans région superbe

Jolie maison neuve d’un seul niveau et très lumineuse à 1 kms des Docks de Biarritz. Jolie deco, propre et très bien équipée. Jardin clôturé avec 2 superbes chênes qui procurent une ombre bienvenue par temps chaud. Une belle terrassas abritée pour les repas et une plein soleil pour la farniente Propriétaires très sympas et excellente communication avec eux Quartier résidentiel encore en travaux (ce sera achevé prochainement), et aéroport proche mais lieu globalement calme. Attention voisinage maison du dessus avec piscine assez direct malgré brise-vue, en location estivale aussi, et mauvaise pioche tjs possible… Nous allions surtout à la grande plage d’Anglet, la plus éloignée mais à 15 mns seulement de voiture en pleine haute saison Au global nous (8 personnes dont 4 jeunes adultes) sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Ainoa et recommandons

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im französischen Baskenland! Das Haus war für unsere sechsköpfige Familie hervorragend geeignet, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es in kurzer Fahrdistanz so viel zu sehen! Die Kommunikation mit Ainoa war absolut unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch, ein Traumurlaub !

Décevant. Nous ne conseillons pas.

Nous étions en famille: un couple avec 3 enfants et la mamie pendant 2 semaines en juillet. Belle maison et joli jardin correspondant parfaitement aux photos. L’accès à la maison cependant est raide et caillouteux. Il faut marcher avec prudence pour ne pas glisser ou rouler tout doucement en voiture pour ne pas déraper, à moins de garer le véhicule en bas à l’extérieur du domaine. Autre point négatif: grosses difficultés rencontrées suite à la panne du lave-linge. La propriétaire nous avait bien prévenu que le lave-linge était un peu capricieux. Il nous a effectivement lâché après 2 lavages. Il est regrettable qu’au tarif demandé pour deux semaines le matériel mis à disposition soit vétuste. Par la suite nous n’avons pas pu laver notre linge (tentative de remplacement du lave-linge par la propriétaire mais branchement impossible car pièces manquantes, puis fuites d’eau). La propriétaire nous a proposé comme solution d’utiliser tout de même le nouveau lave-linge tout en épongeant avec une serpillère l’eau fuyant de la machine. A aucun moment, la propriétaire n’a décroché son téléphone pour communiquer de vive voix. Elle a même été jusqu’à se dédouaner prétextant que ce n’était pas de sa faute si le les techniciens installant le nouveau lave-linge étaient incompétents. Ce n’est qu’après avoir contacté son compagnon que nous avons pu dialoguer de vive voix et qu’une solution a pu être trouvée. Nous étions à court de vêtements pour les enfants et après avoir haussé le ton, on nous a finalement proposé (2 jours avant notre départ) de faire laver nos vêtements par le voisin (papa du compagnon de la propriétaire, que nous saluons d’ailleurs pour son amabilité et sa gentillesse!). En conclusion: tant qu’il n’y a pas de souci, tout est beau et tout roule. Par contre, dès lors qu’il y a des problèmes à solutionner, il n’y a plus grand monde. Il est à déplorer qu’au tarif demandé, on se soit soucié aussi peu de nous. Nous ne conseillons pas cet hôte!

Maison idéalement placée pour découvrir la côte Basque. Très belle maison .très bien équipée. Accueil impeccable. Il ne manque rien à cette maison et nous vous la conseillons pour passer d excellentes vacances .
