Traumhafte Ferien

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im französischen Baskenland! Das Haus war fĂŒr unsere sechsköpfige Familie hervorragend geeignet, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt. In der Umgebung gibt es in kurzer Fahrdistanz so viel zu sehen! Die Kommunikation mit Ainoa war absolut unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch, ein Traumurlaub !

DĂ©cevant. Nous ne conseillons pas.

Nous Ă©tions en famille: un couple avec 3 enfants et la mamie pendant 2 semaines en juillet. Belle maison et joli jardin correspondant parfaitement aux photos. L’accĂšs Ă  la maison cependant est raide et caillouteux. Il faut marcher avec prudence pour ne pas glisser ou rouler tout doucement en voiture pour ne pas dĂ©raper, Ă  moins de garer le vĂ©hicule en bas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur du domaine. Autre point nĂ©gatif: grosses difficultĂ©s rencontrĂ©es suite Ă  la panne du lave-linge. La propriĂ©taire nous avait bien prĂ©venu que le lave-linge Ă©tait un peu capricieux. Il nous a effectivement lĂąchĂ© aprĂšs 2 lavages. Il est regrettable qu’au tarif demandĂ© pour deux semaines le matĂ©riel mis Ă  disposition soit vĂ©tuste. Par la suite nous n’avons pas pu laver notre linge (tentative de remplacement du lave-linge par la propriĂ©taire mais branchement impossible car piĂšces manquantes, puis fuites d’eau). La propriĂ©taire nous a proposĂ© comme solution d’utiliser tout de mĂȘme le nouveau lave-linge tout en Ă©pongeant avec une serpillĂšre l’eau fuyant de la machine. A aucun moment, la propriĂ©taire n’a dĂ©crochĂ© son tĂ©lĂ©phone pour communiquer de vive voix. Elle a mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© jusqu’à se dĂ©douaner prĂ©textant que ce n’était pas de sa faute si le les techniciens installant le nouveau lave-linge Ă©taient incompĂ©tents. Ce n’est qu’aprĂšs avoir contactĂ© son compagnon que nous avons pu dialoguer de vive voix et qu’une solution a pu ĂȘtre trouvĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions Ă  court de vĂȘtements pour les enfants et aprĂšs avoir haussĂ© le ton, on nous a finalement proposĂ© (2 jours avant notre dĂ©part) de faire laver nos vĂȘtements par le voisin (papa du compagnon de la propriĂ©taire, que nous saluons d’ailleurs pour son amabilitĂ© et sa gentillesse!). En conclusion: tant qu’il n’y a pas de souci, tout est beau et tout roule. Par contre, dĂšs lors qu’il y a des problĂšmes Ă  solutionner, il n’y a plus grand monde. Il est Ă  dĂ©plorer qu’au tarif demandĂ©, on se soit souciĂ© aussi peu de nous. Nous ne conseillons pas cet hĂŽte!

Excellente location

Maison idéalement placée pour découvrir la cÎte Basque. TrÚs belle maison .trÚs bien équipée. Accueil impeccable. Il ne manque rien à cette maison et nous vous la conseillons pour passer d excellentes vacances .

Maison trÚs agréable dans région superbe

Jolie maison neuve d’un seul niveau et trĂšs lumineuse Ă  1 kms des Docks de Biarritz. Jolie deco, propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Jardin clĂŽturĂ© avec 2 superbes chĂȘnes qui procurent une ombre bienvenue par temps chaud. Une belle terrassas abritĂ©e pour les repas et une plein soleil pour la farniente PropriĂ©taires trĂšs sympas et excellente communication avec eux Quartier rĂ©sidentiel encore en travaux (ce sera achevĂ© prochainement), et aĂ©roport proche mais lieu globalement calme. Attention voisinage maison du dessus avec piscine assez direct malgrĂ© brise-vue, en location estivale aussi, et mauvaise pioche tjs possible
 Nous allions surtout Ă  la grande plage d’Anglet, la plus Ă©loignĂ©e mais Ă  15 mns seulement de voiture en pleine haute saison Au global nous (8 personnes dont 4 jeunes adultes) sommes trĂšs satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour chez Ainoa et recommandons
