Joli appartement très bien équipé avec une vue superbe

Grosse déconvenue à l'arrivée - le n° de téléphone figurant sur le mail de la conciergerie des Aravis n'était pas le bon..., mais le responsable a finalement pu être joint et nous a guidés par téléphone. Pas d'état de lieux à l'arrivée, à notre grande surprise : appartement pas fermé à clé, avec les clés à l'intérieur... Surprenant : n'importe qui peut s'y introduire et dérober des objets dont la disparition serait ensuite attribuée aux nouveaux arrivants... La conciergerie des Aravis a toutefois réagi rapidement pour résoudre un problème de store Au départ, rendez-vous pour, cette fois, un état des lieux... Ensuite, très bon séjour : nous étions 4 dans un appartement impeccable, joliment décoré, très bien équipé, proche du centre du Grand Bornand, au calme, avec une vue dégagée superbe sur les Aravis. 6 couchages, certes, mais une salle d'eau minuscule et pas de WC séparés, l'appartement convient mieux pour 4 personnes. Conclusion : la conciergerie des Aravis devrait améliorer ses procédures d'arrivée.

Agréable séjour

Appartement très agréable, lumineux, calme et très bien situé. Nous avons passé un super séjour et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Appartement vraiment très bien, bien agencé, très bien équipé, très bon emplacement et très propre ! Si nous devions cités quelques axes d'amélioration, nous citerions la taille du frigidaire un peu juste, la literie et enfin les gros travaux des voisins en plein mois de juillet.
